Hong Kong & Macau Orders
  • Enjoy free shipping on orders with net purchase of HKD500 or above.
  • HKD30 delivery charge applies to orders with net purchase below HKD500.
  • Orders will usually be processed within 1-2 working days after being placed.
  • Orders will be dispatched to SF Express for delivery, with estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. Delivery service by SF Express is normally from 9am-6pm, during weekdays, except public holidays. Estimated delivery time is for reference only and cannot be guaranteed to be accurate, Embry Form is not responsible for delivery delays and demages.

Asia Orders
  • We accept orders from Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
  • Enjoy free shipping on orders with net purchase of HKD1,000 or above.
  • HKD100 delivery charge applies to orders with net purchase below HKD1,000.
  • Orders will usually be processed within 3-5 working days after being placed.
  • Orders will be dispatched to SF Express or Quantium Solutions for delivery (depends on recipient's address), with estimated delivery time of 7-14 working days. Estimated delivery time is for reference only and cannot be guaranteed to be accurate, Embry Form is not responsible for delivery delays and demages.

  • Embry Form is not responsible for any duties, import taxes, VAT and GST charged before or upon arrival of the package at the destination, and will not be responsible for paying any resulting duties or other fees.

International Orders (Except Asia)
  • We accept orders from United States, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, and Spain.

  • HKD200 delivery charge applies to orders with net purchase below HKD2,000 from United States, Canada, Australia and United Arab Emirates, and HKD150 delivery charge on orders from other counties and regions.
  • Orders will usually be processed within 3-5 working days after being placed.
  • Orders will be dispatched to Quantium Solutions for delivery (depends on recipient's address), with estimated delivery time of 7-14 working days. Estimated delivery time is for reference only and cannot be guaranteed to be accurate, Embry Form is not responsible for delivery delays and demages.
  • You may track the status of delivery by using Quantium Solutions online Track & Trace. For more information, please contact Quantium Solutions.
  • Embry Form is not responsible for any duties, import taxes, VAT and GST charged before or upon arrival of the package at the destination, and will not be responsible for paying any resulting duties or other fees.
  • All fees (including but not limited to duties, import taxes, VAT and GST etc.) incurred during or after delivery are the responsibility of the customer.

Important Notice
  • If the item ordered cannot be dispatched by any reason, it will be cancelled from your order and a refund will be arranged. You will be notified by email about the cancellation and the refund.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address, recipient’s name and recipient’s contact number are correct. PO Box or hotel addresses will not be accepted as shipping address.
  • Shipping address, recipient’s name and recipient’s contact number cannot be changed once the order is dispatched. The order will not be resent if it is lost due to incorrect delivery information, and the paid order amount and shipping fees are non-refundable. If the package is returned due to any reason, the paid order amount and shipping fees will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the re-delivery cost.
